It’s spring, the perfect time to enjoy Glen Canyon and take advantage of a unique opportunity: An invitation to lend a hand painting the Elk Street Mural along the wall by the entry to the canyon. The fabulous design, by well-known artist, Sirron Norris, is based on extensive community input and captures the beauty and spirit of the canyon.
The event is on April 27th from 10am-2pm. To give as many people as possible an opportunity, there are designated time shifts. We ask that you sign up for one shift and note that participants should be no younger than 10 years old. You are all artists, no worries about skill levels but do wear a smock or similar!
Registration is required. Here’s the link.
