From Melinda Stockmann at RecPark:
Just a quick heads up that we are working with a contractor to do some hazardous tree mitigation work in Glen Canyon Park the week of January 4th.
This involves tree removal and pruning at / near Crags Court entry as well as entry at Turquoise and Amber. These trees were assessed some time back by an independent arborist as being in bad shape. They have all been individually posted as well with a courtesy notice. I have notified Glen Ridge Nursery School and also Crags Court Community Garden coordinators.
I’m CC’ing my colleague Jon Campo who’s working directly with the tree contractor. We have worked with them before at Crags Court Community Garden. They are very responsible.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Melinda Stockmann
