Reserve your spot here to hear directly from the top challengers for San Francisco Mayor on issues that really matter in the neighborhoods of District 8, which include the Castro, Duboce Park, Cole Valley, Corona Heights, Noe Valley and Glen Park.
Hosted by 11 leading neighborhood groups, this non-partisan forum will help you select your top candidates in this critical ranked-choice election. Candidates Mark Farrell, Daniel Lurie, Aaron Peskin, and Ahsha Safai have confirmed their participation, while incumbent Mayor London Breed declined an invitation to take part.
The forum is free and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first-serve.
Joe Fitzgerald Rodriguez, president of the Society of Professional Journalists Northern California Chapter, will serve as moderator. Born and raised in San Francisco, he has spent more than a decade covering local politics and government at KQED and the San Francisco Examiner.
