Please put Saturday December 7 on your calendar for our next Work Party. This will be our big, annual planting party! We have many new plants for the Native Meadow (including the pictured Red Ribbons) and more acorns for the Oak Woodland too. As a special bonus, SF Public Works will deliver a pile of compost for us to use as we plant. We can also help ourselves to whatever compost is left at the end of the Party and take it home for our own gardening projects. I hope that you’ll come and enjoy it all with us.
We’ll meet at 9am on Saturday December 7 at the top of the Chilton Avenue cul-de-sac. The nearest house address is 88 Chilton Ave. We’ll have freshly brewed coffee thanks to Canyon Market
At 12pm we’ll stop work and get together for sandwiches generously provided by Jamie Ennis Real Estate
On planting days there is often more to do than we can finish in the morning, so some of us may stay after lunch to finish the job
Even if you can’t come for the entire morning, please come for an hour or two – and please try to join us for lunch.
