Happy almost Valentine’s Day Glen Park! I don’t have a whole lot to report since my recap of 2024. As expected, we are moving and shaking in the market and there are a lot of buyers kicking the tires out there. Many properties are sitting in a “Coming Soon” status citywide which predicts a robust late February, early March spring market as those properties finish getting prepped for market and put on the MLS for public consumption. Right now we’ve got 162 properties “Coming Soon” citywide and 820 “Active” (not including multi-unit buildings). For Glen Park that’s 2 “Coming Soon” And 7 “Active.” The total inventory is still down from the same time last year citywide, so with all these interested buyers there is a lot of demand, and it’s a great time to sell if you’re thinking about making a move.
I’m going to keep it short for now and can dig a little deeper into how our spring market will be shaping up in my next posting.
