From an early morning walker: “Looks like someone smashed the front window of Glen Park Hardware. Their key display was strewn about on the sidewalk. There were 4 police cars there at 6:15 am.”
When I arrived at 7:00 am, the fire department had covered the window. A police officer was parked in front of the store, waiting for the owner to arrive. She had no details about what, if anything, was stolen.

Update: It’s been reported that Gialina Pizzeria was broken into between midnight and 4:38 am this morning and their cash drawer was tossed into the middle of the 200 block of Joost Ave (per a tipster to the GPA website).
