Firefighters extinguished a one-alarm fire at an apartment building in San Francisco’s Glen Park neighborhood early this morning, a fire dispatcher said.
At 2:57 a.m., crews responded to reports of a fire at 670 Monterey Blvd., which is between Foerster and Gennessee streets.
The fire was extinguished by 3:45 a.m., although crews remained on the scene checking for hot spots, the dispatcher said.
One person was taken to a nearby hospital for smoke inhalation.
