Sometime after 1pm this afternoon, a fatal accident occurred at the southwest corner of Diamond and Bosworth Streets. According to a bystander who overheard a witness telling SFPD, a woman is deceased after being hit by a truck outside the Glen Park Market. The driver remained at the scene.
According to the most current information the Glen Park News has obtained, the driver struck a pedestrian in a crosswalk. The victim succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Emergency responders were there in force when the Glen Park News arrived. As of this posting Diamond Street south of Bosworth is closed.
