For Adults:
Organizing Critical Information and Documents
Wednesday, February 14, 1:00 – 2:00
Join San Francisco Village member and retired lawyer Susan Pollack for a conversation about organizing and sharing information about one’s estate and other critical documents – both for oneself and for those who will have to deal with it. We’ll talk about all the kinds of information you want to consider, such as: important contact details, estate and health care documents, property arrangements, where to find things, accounts to stop/monitor/pay, insurance, automobiles, etc.
Rather than legal advice and how to fill out a will, trust, or health care directive, we’ll be focusing on how to think about the types of information and documents you should have, who you want to share it with, and the necessary conversations to have with people you’ve chosen.

Did you know that the library hosts Family Dance Parties from 9-10 some Monday mornings? We didn’t let the power outage along Diamond Street deter us from having a blast. In fact, the natural lighting and rainy weather made the party even better and may have contributed to our largest party yet, with 65 participants over the course of the hour. One intrepid family even used the low light to create an impromptu shadow puppet experience using the in-library pop-up books.
Don’t miss out on the fantastic community happenings lined up at your library this February. Mark your calendars, gather your friends and family, and make the most of the enriching experiences awaiting you. See you here!
