The operating permit of All Season Restaurant at 5238 Diamond Heights Blvd., in the shopping center that also holds Safeway and Walgreens has been revoked and the restaurant closed.
The San Francisco Department of Environmental Health held a hearing on Jan 8 on the issue and subsequently revoked the permit on the restaurant, which has been closed since then.
Exactly what the restaurant had done to lead to the revocation is unclear.
However on Jan. 3 the City’s food safety inspectors found a
high risk vermin infestation at the restaurant. The restaurant’s food safety record over the past few months doesn’t look good.
There are citations of “high risk contaminated or adulterated food” on Nov. 21 and five high risk findings, including “Unreported or unrestricted ill employee with communicable disease” on Sept. 25.
We will report more as more information becomes available.
