City Agency Hearings + Sheehy Legislation

The SF Municipal Transportation Agency Citizens Advisory Committee meets Thursday, August 3, 5:30 p.m., 1 South Van Ness Avenue, room 7080. See full agenda here.

  • Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the SFMTA’s Strategic Plan.

[Editor’s note: not specifically GP-related, but of interest and worth noting that CACs can be a good way to volunteer to guide city planning.]

Members of the public may also address the council on matters within the CAC’s jurisdiction but not on the calendar.

Public Works Hearing on Wednesday, August 9, 9am, City Hall, room 400. See full agenda here.

[Editor’s note: I think this is probably people contesting the white dots* that indicate they must repair their sidewalks.

  • To consider the validity of notices to repair that have been issued to various property owners and utility agencies for the restoration of public right-of-way sidewalks on blocks in the Glen Park neighborhood bordered by:

Randall Street on the North;
Arlington Street on the East;
Castro Street on the South and
Bemis Street on the West
