Ingleside patrol Officers Kilgariff and Hornstein traveled to Glen
Park BART station regarding an aggressive panhandler.  They located
the suspect walking down the street near the station. The officers

to prevent him from escaping, the man swung his fist around and hit
him on the bicep. He then started struggling with both officers as
they attempted to place him in handcuffs. Quickly, with the help of
other Ingleside officers, the suspect was placed in handcuffs and on
the sidewalk. The suspect smelled of alcohol and had red, watery eyes.
